Digital Marketing
Dive deep within the digital elements of a marketing degree? In the 2020s, digital marketing strategy is key to business success.
The Southwestern Adventist University digital marketing degree is designed to give students the skills and experiences that Fortune 500 companies and successful startups look for in new hires. Digital marketing jobs are constantly changing, and this degree is constantly updated to reflect the ever-shifting market. The program at Southwestern Adventist University features sponsors, professors, and experts, ensuring students become skilled in both the art of persuasive communication and the science of data analytics.
Classes are project-based and highly relevant to our lives. Our digital marketing program has built-in technical training, so you will learn how to collect and interpret the data you use to build campaigns. Graduates of this concentration can expect to pursue careers in:
- Marketing analytics & strategy
- Paid search & social media management
- Search Engine Optimization
Digital marketing brings outdated marketing curriculum into the 21st century by teaching students the methods companies are using to reach customers (Facebook, Instagram, Emails, Google) and how to make products grow.
While students may not start out in management, later in their careers, marketing managers have a median salary of $135,900.
Over half of all marketing spending is now spent on digital marketing, and this is only expected to grow—successful future marketers will need these key skills.
